●传动轴、辊材质均为*钢，*动平衡校正，镀硬铬、表面研磨。
●传动齿轮材质为20CrMnTi合金钢，渗碳淬火处理，硬度为HRC58-62研磨而成，达国家六级标准，长期使用，套色精度高。
●整机主要传动部位采用免键连接环，消除连接间隙，适合长期高速印刷。
●整机喷淋式润滑，附设机油自动平衡装置。

●The main machine transmission parts adopt the hand-free connection ring to eliminate the interval, suit able for long-term high speed printing.
●The whole machine undergoes the spray lubrication and is equipped with engine oil automatic balance facilities.
●It possesses the print, die-cutting, slotting memory function, which could return to Zero and Re-set automatically.
●PCLINK control network, MCGS software, Siemens low voltage electric appliance and host frequency conversion control, 30% electricity saving.
●Double axle slotting configuration, adopt computer control system for whole machine production management.
●Customer can choose the steel anilox roller or ceramic roller, the meshes of the anilox roller depends on the customer’s requirements.
